This rare authentic antique Moroccan rug came from the Beni Mguild tribe from the central middle Atlas mountains from the region of the Guigou valley. This rug features beautiful red, pink, and plum dye, exhibiting rich color glowing cream and blue designs peeking through. It was an authentic Berber piece, originally commissioned in the mid 20th century, likley around the 1950s-1960s. It is a very special piece, not made for commercial production.
