This vintage Moroccan rug is in perfect condition. It is woven with excellent and very lustrous wool in burnt reds, orange and purple with an even and quite elegant surface. Another great classical Beni Mguild with real age and patina. It almost has the effect of looking at a piece of stained glass. This is a collector's piece! This antique vintage Moroccan rug came from the Beni Mguild tribe from the central middle Atlas mountains. This rug is quite old and a distinctive example of the V-type pattern or chevron design. It features beautiful dye, exhibiting rich color glowing colors. The pattern is dynamic with lots of variation and full of wild energy. It was an authentic Berber piece, originally commissioned in the mid 20th century, around the 1960s.
