This antique vintage Moroccan rug came from the Beni Mguild (M'Guild) tribe from the central middle Atlas mountains. This rug is quite old and a distinctive example of the V-type pattern and chevron design. It features beautiful dye, exhibiting rich color glowing colors. The pattern is dynamic with lots of variation and full of wild, speckled energy with a unique sqaure designed border. It was an authentic Berber piece, originally commissioned in the mid 20th century, around the 1930-40s. It is a more elegant rug than the average ones of this type.
